Zoey Corporate Services, established in 2012 as an entrepreneurial initiative under the Joy7 Group, was created with a vision to redefine how business consulting and social responsibility can coexist. Guided by the Joy7 philosophy of “People, Participation, Progress,” Zoey bridges the worlds of corporate growth, innovation, and inclusive development.
Over the years, it has evolved from a small consulting cell into a multi-dimensional corporate and business advisory division that supports enterprises, start-ups, and institutions in achieving sustainable, ethical, and impactful growth.
2012–2015: The Foundation
Years
In its early years, Zoey Corporate Services focused on supporting emerging entrepreneurs and community-based enterprises in Northeast India. Recognizing a gap between traditional business models and modern professional practices, Zoey introduced a new framework of ethical consulting and business management support.
Helped MSMEs and NGOs formalize operations, build governance structures, and ensure compliance.
Designed capacity-building programs for small enterprises in finance, HR, and digital management.
Partnered with Joy7 Foundation to assist non-profits in improving accountability and impact measurement.
This foundational phase established Zoey as a trusted advisor for organizations seeking both growth and good governance.
2016–2020: Expansion & Strategic Growth
During this period, Zoey expanded its portfolio and footprint. It began working with corporates, PSUs, government departments, and development agencies, offering end-to-end consulting services. Launched dedicated verticals for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) consulting, organizational audits, and sustainability reporting.
Assisted Joy7 Group and external partners in project documentation, strategic communication, and proposal development.
Built strong alliances with educational institutions and social enterprises to nurture entrepreneurship and leadership ecosystems.
Developed frameworks that linked private enterprise with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and India’s Vision 2047 agenda.
By 2020, Zoey had become synonymous with strategic thinking, professional excellence, and responsible business leadership.
2020–2025: The Era of

The pandemic era brought new challenges and opportunities. Zoey Corporate Services responded by reinventing itself into a forward-looking business transformation partner, integrating technology, social innovation, and environmental consciousness.Introduced ESG advisory for sustainable enterprise growth.
Supported Joy7 Foundation and Joy7 Ventures in digital transformation and startup incubation.
Led national-level training programs on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, POSH, and emotional intelligence under EmotiQuotient and Joy7 platforms.
Provided consulting support for CSR projects in education, health, digital literacy, and livelihood enhancement.
Collaborated with policy think-tanks and NGOs for impact assessment and social return on investment (SROI) frameworks.
